It is not necessary to ignore them. It is better to accept them immediately. As soon as you will make it, you, possibly, can tell to yourselves: "it can be truth, but it has no consequences this minute". Later you will spend some time to understand with it. Be convinced that you face the conflicts face to face, allocate time for their research and try them to solve.
